fa66 reserves the right to temporarily suspend or permanently close any member's account for the following reasons:

• Breach of any clause of these Terms.
• Evidence of fraud, deception or dishonest activity.
• Exploiting system errors or bugs to gain an unfair advantage.
• As required to comply with legal obligations or regulatory directives.

3.1 Deposit Rules

The following payment methods are accepted for depositing funds on fa66: bKash, Nagad and Rocket. The minimum deposit amount for each method is ৳300. Deposits generally take a few minutes to reflect in the account. Transactions must be made from a payment account registered in your own name — deposits through third parties are not permitted.

3.2 Withdrawal Rules

The minimum withdrawal amount for each method is ৳800. Withdrawal processing generally takes 5 to 30 minutes. Withdrawal requests are processed after verification. The payment method used for withdrawal must be consistent with the method used for the deposit.

3.3 Currency and Conversion

All transactions on fa66 are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT / ৳). Transactions in any other currency are not applicable. fa66 is not responsible for any loss related to currency conversion.

3.4 Transaction Limits and Verification

fa66 reserves the right to request additional verification for any transaction. Identity verification and source confirmation may be required for large withdrawal amounts. Unusual or suspicious transactions may be temporarily held while under investigation.

4.1 Welcome Bonus

New members on fa66 will receive a 100% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳10,000. To withdraw this bonus, a 20x wagering requirement must be met. This means withdrawals become eligible after placing bets totalling 20 times the bonus amount. There is a specific time limit to activate the bonus — it must be used before it expires.

4.2 General Bonus Rules

• A bonus applies to one account only and can be used once.
• Any attempt to claim a bonus across multiple accounts will result in all bonuses being forfeited.
• VIP cashback and other bonuses have their own separate terms.
• fa66 reserves the right to modify or cancel any bonus offer.
• If bonus abuse is detected, the bonus and any associated winnings will be forfeited.

4.3 VIP Cashback Program

The fa66 VIP program has four tiers. The weekly cashback benefit for each tier is as follows:

• Bronze — up to 0.2% weekly cashback.
• Silver — up to 0.5% weekly cashback.
• Gold — up to 0.8% weekly cashback.
• Platinum — up to 1.0% weekly cashback.

Members can advance to higher tiers through active and regular gaming activity. Cashback is paid out at a set time each week.

5.1 Fair Play Policy

fa66 is committed to ensuring fair and transparent gaming. All games are operated using certified random number generator (RNG) technology. No member has any means to influence the outcome of a game.

5.2 Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited:

• Using software bots or automated tools.
• Collusion or unfair cooperation with other players.
• Identifying system errors or bugs to gain an unfair advantage.
• Attempting to interfere with the platform's security systems.
• Collecting or misusing the personal information of other members.

5.3 Technical Issues

9.2 Entire Agreement

These Terms, the Privacy Policy and the Responsible Gaming Policy together represent the entire agreement between fa66 and its members. Any prior oral or written agreements are superseded by these Terms. The invalidity of any clause of these Terms will not affect the validity of the remaining clauses.
